NEC compliant cable glands for the North American market

Hawke is the only manufacturer in the world to use a non-metallic, fully transparent and inspectable silicone potting chamber in its barrier cable glands, which also has NEC certification and is therefore approved for use within the USA.
The advantages here are a quick and uncomplicated assembly as well as an easy and complete inspection of the potting compound. The putty or liquid resin can be inspected at any time, even after the cable gland has been installed. Neither the cable gland nor the potting compound are destroyed in the process.
HAWKE NEC-certified cable glands also feature a patented, inbuilt tightening guide and they are NEC®, ATEX and IECEx certified for applications worldwide.
The NEC cable glands include IP66/IP67/IP68 protection ratings, as well as IP69 protection.
