The Jacob Technology Team stands for everything non-standard

Jacob’s Technology Team takes care of inquiries beyond the standard, also far beyond cable entry systems. Martin Thomassen, member of the Technology Team for 4 months: “My motto is: if you want, you can! Therefore, I have the ambition to find a solution fitting to the customers’ needs and implement it."

The team has all the skills of an established manufacturer at its disposal for the implementation. Jacob GmbH has been producing electrotechnical components for almost a century. At the company headquarters in Kernen (Germany), you will find all disciplines united under one roof: development, construction, mold design, laboratory, plastics and turning technology. This enables Jacob to carry out projects from consulting to complete process development. 

Andreas Dallwig looks forward to every challenge, checking out the technical requirements and coordinating their implementation. The sales manager normally spends more time with customers on site than at the Kernen headquarter. “During projects, we are always in close contact with both our customers and our colleagues from R&D and production. In addition, we can ensure the functionality of a product in our own laboratory."

Presently, of course, the Jacob Technology Team is affected by the contact and travel restrictions. Benjamin Szuster: “I see our greatest strength in providing direct technical advice. Our team has a lot of leeway to take up new topics. Consultations before, during and after the completion of a joint project is something our customers can count on. I hope we can go out and spend time with the users of our applications again soon.”
