Modern turning technology for brass, lead-free brass and stainless steel

The turning technology at Jacob is equipped with advanced, state-of-the-art machinery. We use high-precision, computer-controlled CNC machines to produce brass parts in various sizes and shapes.   

For our high-runners - such as our PERFECT cable glands - we use multi-spindle automatic lathes that process several workpieces simultaneously, thus ensuring a high production capacity.

We use computer-aided optical measuring systems to ensure compliance with our quality standards.

Thanks to advanced CNC technology, we offer our customers precisely manufactured turned parts. We can process lead-free brass, brass and stainless steel.

Our in-house tool shop and extensive machinery enable us to react quickly to different production requirements and realize short set-up times.

The shop floor is designed for efficient use of materials and minimization of waste in order to produce in the most environmentally friendly way possible. The chips generated during turning are seperated, cleaned and recycled.

In addition to our extensive range of cable fittings, our machine park also enables us to manufacture customer-specific parts. With our expertise and technical skills, we support you from concept to series production to meet your requirements efficiently and reliably.
