PERFECT Ventilation for enclosures
New variations of PERFECT AirVent
Our ventilation gland is now available with reducing sealing inserts in thread sizes M12, M16 and M20. This enlarges the achieved clamping ranges. Over all six models, the PERFECT AirVent plastic series covers a sealing and clamping range for cables with a diameter of 2-13 mm. It achieves protection grade IP66 / IP68 - 0.2 bar (30 min.)
Inside the gland body there is a PTFE membrane that ensures the necessary ventilation and pressure adaptation. A theoretical air flow rate of approx. 57 l / h is achieved at a pressure difference Δp of 0.07 bar.

PERFECT AirVent cable glands made of nickel-plated brass are available in sizes M20 and M25, suitable for cable diameters from 5 to 16 mm. It achieves a theoretical air flow of approx. 85 l / h with a pressure difference Δp of 0.07 bar and a protection grade of IP66 / IP68.

The range for ventilation products to prevent humidity in enclosures is completed by the well-known Jacob venting elements JDAE made of plastic and stainless steel and the polyamide breather.
